Mark grew up in Liverpool and at 21, moved south to attend the Guildford School of Acting. After spending 30 years in London, he returned to Guildford where he now lives with his wife and daughter. Mark’s initial work was mainly in the theatre, including a world tour of 'Hamlet' with the Old Vic with Derek Jacobi. However, his real love is television. In the late 80’s, he played a leading role in the children’s TV series, 'Dodger Bonzo' and 'The Rest', alongside Pam Ferris. After taking a career break to raise his daughter, he returned to acting and has worked on a number of exciting projects including his first feature film ‘The Dinosaur Hunter’ filmed on the Jurassic coast. He is currently Kapt’n Iglo (Birds Eye) in several European countries.
